Phelps Murdock
CEO, Facilitation-Consulting

An expert in strategic organizational, marketing and community planning, Mr. Murdock has spent his career helping individuals, businesses, and nonprofits along with entire communities to become healthier and sustainable for our future. Most recently as the President and CEO of Bridging the Gap, Inc., he served as professional executive of the nonprofit with the mission of making the region environmentally sustainable. Mr. Murdock also served as chairman of the board from 1999-2005.

Mr. Murdock has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Psychology from the University of Missouri-Kansas City where he was voted "Most Fascinating Man on Campus."

Bill Dampf, Corporate Safety
and Training, Ameren

Bill Dampf is the Manager of Safety and Training for a Midwest electric and natural gas utility with over 9000 employees. He has been in the safety profession for 30 years and a professional speaker for 12. He has acquired both his BS degree and Masters degree in Industrial Safety, is a Certified Safety Professional and a published author. In Bill's spare time he gets to travel on behalf of his own company, "Let's Talk Success" Presentations, where he shares his passion for achieving personal success and success in safety with workers, companies, associations and at conferences across the country.

Richard Fairfax, Directorate
of Enforcement, OSHA

Richard Fairfax is a Certified Industrial Hygienist and currently works as the director for the Directorate of Enforcement Programs for OSHA, which over-sees all enforcement related activities for federal OSHA. The Directorate of Enforcement Programs (DEP) also provides OSHA and the public with guidance on how to comply with the requirements of OSHA standards. He has been with the agency for 32 years.
